Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
I'm not really much of a sports fan at all. In fact, I never watch sports! My boyfriend talked me into a Minnesota Timberwolves game last weekend at the Target Center and I have to admit it was exciting and interesting! They didn't win, but the experience was great!
With the Superbowl coming up, everyone will be needing some great appetizer and snack recipes! Today's recipe is perfect to serve at your next football or basketball party! If you're a buffalo chicken lover, then this recipe is for you! Cheesy with a little heat and a nice crunch from the chips! Complete heavenly goodness and besides, who doesn't love dips? They are my favorite party food!
I love buying rotisserie chickens from my local Sam's Club to use in recipes like this. It's such a great time saving shortcut and budget friendly. After you pull off all the chicken, use the rest to make some delicious homemade chicken broth! One inexpensive chicken equals two or three recipes depending on what you make with it!
If you're needing some other dips to serve, check out my Caramelized Onion and Garlic Chip Dip, Two Ingredient Fruit Dip, Spinach, Tomato and Artichoke Dip or Shrimp and Crab Dip! They're all easy to make and provide a great variety of flavors! I'll definitely be in the kitchen cooking and drinking wine instead of paying attention to the Superbowl game! ;)
