Saucy Beef and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells Recipe #SundaySupper
This meal is not only delicious, but budget friendly and freezer friendly too! Use leftover beef roast, steak or ground beef for the filling! So fast and easy!
Happy Sunday!
I have such a wonderful comfort food recipe to share with you today!
This meal is great for Sunday dinner when served with a salad and some garlic bread, but also easy enough for weeknights too!
Last Sunday I made this beef roast in the beef roast hash!
One meal turned into three for our family, making that spendy beef roast more budget friendly!
After slicing the beef roast thinly and cubing it up, it made the perfect filling along with some fresh herbs and cheese.
I opted to use jarred pasta sauce for this recipe, but if you have homemade, that would be even more wonderful!
We saved some leftover shells for lunch the next day, but this meal would also be very freezer friendly. Assemble ahead of time, then bake when needed!
Not only do I have this cheesy dinner recipe for you today, but I've also teamed up with my blogging buddies and they're sharing their cheesy dinner recipes too!
