Last but not least, is this refreshing and easy lemonade! The watermelon is so ripe and juicy right now, so it's perfect to throw in the blender and puree. This lemonade comes together in a few minutes, and you can use fresh squeezed lemonade or store bought, like I did. The mint adds a perfect pop of flavor. I enjoyed it sitting on my porch while reading a book. So perfect! Enjoy!
