Smoothie Bowl Breakfast or DIY Smoothie Bowl Bar
Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day and I can't start my day without eating something good. The majority of weekdays are rushed when we're out the door to work and school, and the afternoons and evenings are busy and active as well. We have piano lessons, Girl Scouts and everything else in between, so it takes some creativity to eat good meals and snacks when on the go.
One of our favorite ways to get some fruit and dairy into our day is Smoothie Bowls!
They are fun, flavorful, and don't take a whole lot of prep time to get them ready. I slice up most of the fruit the night before and the rest of the ingredients are easily added from their packaging in the morning. They take minutes to make once the prep is done and you have an instant on the go breakfast or snack that's better for you!

- butter toffee sunflower seeds
- mini chocolate chips
- granola
- mini marshmallows
- coconut
- cookies, broken into pieces
- slivered almonds
- pecans
- honey roasted peanuts
- chia seeds
- pistachios
Instructions
Pour Dannon Danimals Smoothie into a bowl. Top with smoothie bar ingredients.
