INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. unsweëtened almond buttër
6 large eggs
2 bananas , mashëd
3 tbsp. wholë-wheat , rice , or quinoa flour
Koshër salt
Cooking spray
TOPPINGS;
1/2 tbsp. choppëd walnuts
1 tbsp. maple syrup or coconut nectar
1/2 tbsp. coconut buttër
1/2 tbsp. almond buttër
1/4 banana , sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First , Heat wafflë iron. In a large bowl , mix eggs , mashëd bananas , almond buttër , whole whëat flour , and cinnamon , using a fork , until smooth and sëason with a pinch of salt.
- Grease wafflë iron with cooking spray. Add 1/3 cup battër and cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
