Fudgy Pumpkin Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Two ingredient brownies with a layer of delicious homemade frosting on top! So perfect for fall!
I can't believe it's almost the middle of November already! This month is flying by! I've been quite busy in the kitchen lately along with doing vendor shows for my Mama Loves Her Oils Young Living business! I just love getting out at these events and chatting with new people! You never know who you might meet or see! Tons of fun!
Today's recipe is perfect for the fall season! If you know anything about my recipes, then you know I love anything that's easy! These Fudgy Pumpkin brownies are just two ingredients which is super quick to make, and they are topped with a lovely homemade cream cheese frosting! The frosting takes a little more effort to make than the brownies, but it is SO worth it.
I'm a cream cheese frosting junkie and the recipe in this post is my go-to for anything that needs to be frosted. Once the cream cheese is softened, it takes just a few minutes to whip up the frosting. This frosting is SO good, you want to make sure to get every last bit of out the bowl. I also really like the consistency of these brownies. They are dense, but remind me of the texture of Little Debbie's Cosmic Brownies. Man, those were my absolute favorite growing up. I can't stand them anymore as an adult, but they sure to bring back some great foodie memories!
Do you have a favorite Little Debbie snack? Currently or from your childhood? I'd love to hear about it!
Enjoy!
