Dark Sweet Cherry Almond Ice Cream Recipe
Another ice cream recipe, you say? Yes!! I couldn't resist posting this one right away since it's peak cherry season right now! Cherry season is my favorite time of the year!! Ice cream tastes wonderful when it's hot outside and the cherry and almond flavor combo is to die for! This is one recipe I will be making every year at this time.
I'm also in love with the awesome dish the ice cream is pictured with. A couple weekends ago we visited my sister in Mankato, and ventured to Blue Sky Antiques in St James, MN! I picked up this neon colored beauty for a couple bucks! If you're ever in the area, make sure you stop by! They have some wonderful antiques at fantastic prices! I picked up a few pieces of vintage Pyrex, which I will be posting a recipe with soon!
