Party foods and appetizers are my absolute favorite!
You can't go wrong sampling little or big bites of each one and since most are easy to prepare, it makes it easy to make a lot of different appetizers and have a good variety available.
Today's Taco Dip is an oldie, but goodie! This recipe has been made many times over the years. Most recently, I shared it with some co-workers at the non profit I used to work at. They all loved it, and had quite a few servings each.
I usually bring them my blogging leftovers, or they stop by the house and pick them up.
As you can imagine, all these delicious foods are in high demand and I don't have much trouble giving them away.
I love the creamy salsa mixture in this dip, and the selection of toppings goes perfectly with the seasonings in the salsa mix.
