Homemade Creamy Cinnamon Ice Cream Recipe
Where do the days go?? I cannot believe tomorrow is Thursday already. We've spent the last two evenings at my brother and his wife's house swimming in their new pool, and my little sister just got back from a month in Croatia and London, so we hung out with her today too. That's why it's now after 10pm and I'm just getting around to posting this recipe! Whew!
Last weekend when I was visiting my older sister in Mankato, we decided to make some ice cream. I've had my ice cream machine for over a year now and have only used it once when I made some Grape Sherbet. I was long overdue in trying out another recipe!
This Creamy Cinnamon Ice Cream is oh, so heavenly! It's so rich and smooth and it's a perfect treat on a hot summer day. We all love cinnamon, so this was the perfect recipe to test out. I also really love that you don't have to cook and cool the ice cream mixture beforehand. Just mix and put in the machine. Easy peasy! I now want to make ice cream every day. This could be dangerous! Enjoy!
